​IN THE BEGINNING... A SHORT HISTORY LESSON.

In 1993, Robert began Chelsea Hometown Services as a general cleaning company for a few local businesses in his hometown of Chelsea, MI.

 

For several years, he expanded the business solely by word of mouth, and cleaned various types of businesses, including a police station, some bowling alleys, doctors offices, restaurants, gyms, churches, and more!

 

Operations moved with him in 1998, to Highland, MI, where he began to focus the business on more commercial work, providing various types of cleaning, repair, and painting  for apartment complexes.

 

 

 

In 2000, CHS had grown enough to begin contracting painters.

 

Shortly after, around 2002, Robert obtained his first carpet cleaning van, and began what would be the new focus of CHS and its future endeavours.

 

With a new direction and finally a full  team of contractors to help, CHS grew into a rough image of what it is today, primarily a commerical and residential painting and carpet cleaning company.

 

CHS continues to expand every year, and is now providing serveral additional services on a case to case basis.
